Swim

Hi everyone! Kaitlyn passed her level!! She has done so well this term and I couldn't be more proud of her. Mikey is doing so good too. He LOVES to swim and can swim to you underwater all by himself from a couple of feet out!!! He is learning how to dive and puts his 'hands up!'. It's awesome! Here are our little fish today:

Christmas Tree

We made our annual trek to get a Christmas Tree in the mountains. It was a blast! We went with a huge group of friends (5 cars of people!). We started by meeting for breakfast, which Kaitlyn loved. Her new favorite thing is 'eating at the store'. Then we drove up to Blowing Rock/Boone area and to the same place we went last year and picked out our family tree. The kids brought a saw to cut down the tree! Afterwards, we visited 'The Candy Store' (Mast General Store) where Kaitlyn picked out a whole bag of treats: 'This one me, This one for Bikey'. Daddy let Kaitlyn try her first soda (orange!). We even saw Santa there!!! The kids slept the whole way home (hopefully this is a sign of things to come for our drive to Boston later this month!). Such an awesome family fun day!!!

We spent Thanksgiving at Aunt Kerri and Uncle Tim's house!

And a couple of days later, we had our own small Thanksgiving dinner at home! (we needed the leftovers, of course!)
