Mimi and Papi come to visit!!!

MIMI AND PAPI!!!!! The kids have been waiting for this visit all summer- they love Mimi and Papi so much. We were able to do a lot and make a lot of great memories. They were able to Mikey's last football games where he got his trophy, did some fun swimming, of course Mimi did some damage at the outlets (Thanks Mimi!) and they played some fun games with the kids too. Mommy and Daddy were even able to sneak in a date night!

VBS time!

Time for Vacation Bible Camp for the kiddos-- they've attended this same camp at a local church for a couple of years now and really like it. Its only for the mornings but they have a blast playing with their friends.... and mommy can escape for a couple of hours and maybe sneak in some fun too!

Mommy- Daughter Date at Carowinds

My girl is getting so big. Sometimes I just can't believe it and am besides myself. I decided to take her on a special date to Carowinds all by herself (and at night!) so she could ride some of the big rides that she doesn't get to do when her brother is with us. It was a fun and rewarding night for us both.

Junie B. Jones

Have you read any of these amazing books? Kaitlyn is currently enjoying them and Mikey likes hearing me read them because occasionally, Junie uses a bad word or two such as: poop! The kids and I enjoyed a performance by a local theater performed by children-- it was great!!

After the play, we treated ourselves to snowiness. Mikey and I chose BLUE!

Kids Day at Carowinds

One day back from the beach and the kids and I decided to spend the morning at KidsFest Day at Carowinds (I may be a little crazed!). It was a lot of fun though and I can't get enough of these smiles!
